possible, yes.
good idea, no, for a few reasons:
1) mortal strike scales only with weapon damage, whereas bloodthirst scales with AP. high weapon damage can only be attained via the use of 2h weapons. if you dual wield with an arms build, you'll be limiting your damage output severely.
2) putting the minimum 31 points into arms to get mortal strike means that you won't get 5/5 flurry, 1/2 whirlwind, 5/5 imp. berserker stance nor any points in precision.
if you really do want to run around dual wielding maces to stun the crap out of things, your best bet will be roll a rogue and spec combat maces. if you want to keep being a warrior and stunning people, spec into 2h mace and get a stunherald.
