As stated above, Primal Mooncloth. Most people say Primal Mooncloth until at least set bonus of T5.

I personally dislike the primal mooncloth set simply because of the fact its low on spirit and has 0 stam. While wearing it I often found myself lieing dead on boss fights in kara/za that AoE. I replaced the robe as soon as I got ZA robe and then replaced the shoulders with curator's shoulder drop and belt of the long road for the belt slot. This gave me less healing overall but gave me a ton more stam. Of course the set bonus is nice but I've never had a problem with going oom unless something was very wrong with the tank/dps/other healers.

If you are already a tailor then i see no reason not to make it. Shoulders and belts seem to be hard to come by for non tailoring priests, and tbh I found it difficult to find a robe too (i'm Alch/engi). I honestly didn't manage to replace my dungeon set Hallowed robes until the ZA ones dropped for me (hurray that there's now an excellent robe from the SSO badge vendor).

Anyway, the other priests in my guild were replacing their PMC by SSC/TK if i recall, so yes it will last you until that content. Stamina becomes a lot more important in MH/BT. If you decide to make the set, you may want to gather some peices of gear with stamina on too to swap in for certain fights, and carry some +30 stam food.

I've never felt that I've suffered from not having PMC. It's been a little frustrating gearing up but I never considered taking up tailoring just for that one set.

It is not opinion that PMC rocks the hell out of T4. It does. The problem is lack of stamina, which hurts but can be made up for in other gear or well-timed shields.

Of course, assuming you're in the position to start running Kara for T4, I'd advise against PMC. Instead, get Belt of the Long Road, the robes from Bear in ZA, and any decent pair of shoulders you can find (I like the ones from Curator myself). The hardest part of that is Bear boss, which is a little harder than Prince and Nightbane.

Well always best to have a stamina set too ofc. You'll get more mana regen and +healing from PMC than T4. ZA is really a fair step up from T4 so can't expect to go there too fast from Kara. There's also the badge robe but theres not much between the ZA one and badge one (badge one slightly better but you do have to run around with a pair of eyes on your crotch!).

If you've cleared up through Prince and Nightbane, you should be able to take on Bear and Eagle in ZA without much difficulty. Eagle will be tougher because of the gauntlet; the group I know that's cleared those just after finishing Kara had a pretty good pally tank that made it a lot easier.
