PvP Build in WotLKFollow

#1 Jul 10 2008 at 9:15 AM Rating: Decent
Well I've been following the alpha since it's launch and finally got myself down on a solid shadow PvP build and I think this is it - 18/0/53

I don't really have any idea on Psychic Horror... It looks terrible other then for fear maybe a hunter from a range to get him to stop melting your face.

I think Pyschic horror has a typo... it's probably meant to say "a 50/100% chance to stun the target in horror for 4 sec".

But I don't see what that's good for, honestly. Sure, a stun is nice, but the good thing about fear is that you get your enemies OUT of melee range and that you can immediatly start casting spells again. Stunning them would mean you have to move out of melee range yourself and lose all the time gained trough fear anyway.

Then there's one more thing; you might want imp PW:S rather than imp fortitude. Sine you're going to be casting PW:S a lot more than fortitude it has a bigger chance of being dispelled.

Horror is a different type of fear. Ie) Death Coil. So your fear will have 4 seconds of win.

I always debate on Imp. PW:F and Imp. PW:S... I noticed that Fortitude is now 165 stamina unbuffed, and buffed 214.5 stamina so thats a 490 health but yeah I see what you mean...

Thank you so much for that that makes pyschic horror a VERY usable talent.

I don't really see how. Priests can no longer dispel it and fear ward doesn't absorb it. Big deal?
