I recently got my rogue to 70 and while doing some quests out in SMV to make some gold i got Blinkstike to drop and was wondering if i should enchant it and use it since im Combat swords or just sell it.

I personally would use it. It's got nearly 30 dps more than your current sword. You could even use that while you build the rep for the sso sword or the s2 OH. There are better swords out there but unless you are hurting for gold, I'd keep it as a freebie.

Now another question would be is it worth putting mongoose on since ive saved up enough mats from my enchanting to do mongoosex2. I do intend to start grinding some BG's for the s2 off hand soon i really shouldnt have wasted an AV holiday weekend XD.

Depends on how long you'll have it. If you don't think you'll have it long, put +15agi on it, much cheaper and still a nice boost. Your S2 MH will be an upgrade over blinkstrike however, think they are another 15dps or so more, plus the extra stam/resil etc. It's doubtful you'll be doing any raiding unless you can gear up pretty quick, and but you could get Latros as an off hand from BM pretty easily.
Well my hunter is my main raider atm so im gonna focus on raiding as him till i get enough badges to get all the gear i want then ill think about taking keo into raids he should have decent gear by then.
Personally, if I were in your shoes, I would just farm the honor for the S2 MH and sell the Blinkstrike.
