5v5Follow

So I'm about to set up my own 5v5 after noone ever responds to my "Frostmage 470 resil LF 5v5", and I need some advice what a successful setup might be.

I've already tried to learn more about this topic on some other forums, but it seems like everyone has a different opinion.
Some say to go for 4DPS setup with one ele shammy for speedbuff and the rest is MSwarr + healer and x, some say that 4 DPS is doomed to fail from the start.

So would you recommend to go for 4DPS and if yes, what would be the best healer in that case/ the best 4th dps? Mage for CC?

I do not want some 10-games-a-week 5v5 for some points around 1550 rating, but rather somthing more successful. Thank you in advance.
