Due to the lack of playtime on my Pala I've kinda lost it. What I mean is: before I stopped playing my Pala I was a great healer even if I say so myself, but now since I'm back things kinda went downhill. Now I don't suck or anything, I'm more of an unoiled machine where I used to be well oiled, if you know what I'm saying.

So I'm asking you guys, the high end Paladin healers some tips and tricks to become a good healer again.

Plz I don't want to suck anymore *sob*

Well, have you read the elitist jerks threads on pally healing? Are you downranking some heals? Are you a flash of light build or a holy light build? What kind of mp/5 do you have? What are the squeaky parts of your machinery? What is your spec?

The above are only a few of the questions that need to be answered before anyone can *really* help you. That said, there are quite a few tip/tricks to playing pallies that I have read in many different places. One of them is down ranking a holy light at the beginning of a fight to keep lights grace up. You could also use something like healbot to help you from an addon perspective.

Again... if you provide more details about what's wrong or needs oil, you'll get better responses.

Well the main problem is just the reflexes aren't there anymore. So I'm looking for some general tips to help me up my game a little.

I really hate to say this.....but "practice". That is the best way to get your reflexes going. You have to re-familiarize yourself with your spells, when to use them, their keybindings/clicking locations, etc...

Standard Healing: FoL spam, HL when person is around 60%. Cleanse when needed.

Additional stuff:

1) BoP any DPS taking lots of physical damage (buys you time to heal them).
2) Cast Divine Illumination whenever you know you will have to spam HL.
3) Cast Divine Favor & HL for a guaranteed monster heal
4) Cast Divine Favor & Holy Shock for a quick medium size heal (emergency only).
5) Run to tank if you get aggro
6) If you are going to die....bubble.
7) Don't forget LoH. Can be very useful if you are oom and fight isn't over.
8) Instead of FoL spam, you can downrank HL spam to keep a 2s HL going.

Hopefully that helps.
