hey all well tonight we finally were able to down kael from tk and i was able to get the band of the eternal champion and i'm curious about it for pvp. Right now i'm using both the angelista's revenge and signet of primal wrath and both are better for pve then the band however sometimes i see rogues using it for pvp and i'm curious if the band is better then the signet because of the ap being able to provide better burst? Any input would be appreciated.

Nah, both Primal Wrath and Angelista's are better than it for PvP. The proc is hot, but procs kinda suck in PvP (hence why Houglass, Madness, WSC, etc aren't as good as BLB, Zerker's Call, Shadowsong, etc).
BTW, you should change your boot enchant to Cat's Swiftness, since you've got RED in your meta.

yeah i put the 12 agi on the boots to just get an enchant on them i'm gonna replace it with cat switfness eventually lol

Meh, I don't know what ~1700 is like on Cyclone, but in Vengeance, you start running into Glad teams at 1700, so you always need a run speed or you're *******
If I didn't have run speed today, my games would look more like 2-9 rather than 9-2.
