PVP enchantsFollow

Quick question and i saw this posted in a previous thread. But someone was saying savagery and AP enchats are for hax's when it comes to PVP. Is it good for the burst DPS compared to the +AGI enchants? I am looking at redoing for the AGI as a BM hunter, but am still leary as if it is going to be a pro or a con. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.
