i want to do my job rightFollow

hello im new to WoW and for my first job i picked a human warrior and i want do do my job effectively and not suck. im at level 10 right now and just got defensive stance and stuff but i was wondering what would be the best weapon setup in the long run- duel wield swords/axes stick with sword and board as the faq called it + any gear /traits the are a must have.
also what level should i start to party at.

and WoW is waaay better that FFXI and i wish i switched sooner ^^b
