Would the "of the Monkey" armor set be good for a lower level hunter around 15-20? I thought agility was our most important stat because it increases damage.

Monkey stuff is what I leveled with. Falcon, Agi and Int, (i think it is falcon) is also very good to mix in there. As long as you ignore strength and spirit you will be doing fine.
