If you ask me, just quest and don't grind. It's more fun and grinding isn't worth it imo.

Eitherway; see if you can get to 51 or 52 in the western plaguelands and feralas. Then head un'goro 'till 54 or 55. Then try Winterspring 'till 58... Then it's Outlands.

I'd do Un'Goro now, then go to Felwood, then the Plaguelands/Winterspring. Outland at 58 was no problem for me with my priest. I hate Hellfire with a passion but I went straight to Zangarmarsh at 60.

And if you ever get the strange idea that you should level to 60 before going to Outland to make it easier on yourself, don't. 58 to 60 in Outland simply goes so incredibly fast that you'll be at 60 before you can possibly have had a hard time anyway.

On the other hand, getting almost 60 before hitting Outland means you'll potentially have more quests left over by the time you hit 70 - and therefore, more cash. My preference with my characters has been to do as many of the solo-able Felwood, Winterspring, and Plaguelands quests as I can stand before heading to Outland (which I'd especially recommend as a melee class, but as a priest it doesn't matter as much).
