It looks like decent to me. Still I'd throw around a few points... Do you intent to melt your faces in PvP or in PvE?

For PvP I'd go;
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=bxMhzhZZEMMtMtRhtto - Silence simply is a must in PvP.

For PvE you might need to sacrifice some spell damage to prevent overaggroing or getting a lot of resists;
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=bVMhzhZZEGhtMxRotxo
I've also flipped the stun resist for wand damage, as you're not going to need that resistance in 5-mans or raids.
Another variation without spirit tap here is;
http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=bVMhzhZZVGxtMxRhtto
This is mostly focussed on raids since you will never get the killing blow there. It might be quite useful in 5-mans... Just see what suits you well. If you're constantly out of mana, just keep spirit tap in there.

The reason I've thrown out martyrdom is because it's extremely situational. It finds next to no use in PvE, and for it to really work in PvP you need to combine it with Focussed Will and/or Blessed Recovery. If you find yourself missing it or simply like the talent a lot, feel free to take it instead of imp fortitude. In PvP your buff might be dispelled anyway while in PvE there's often enough a priest around who does have it.

For PVE never take shadow power over misery.

Depending on your gear you need full 5/5 shadow focus.

Pick spirit tap or blackout. Not both.

Wand Specialization is great in the lower levels but isn't that great in the higher levels. At 70 I'd take unbreakable will instead, especially after the fear fixes.

This is what I use;

Just want to note; follow his lead. I've got next to no experience as shadow and was judging pure from stats there, but I can see where he's going... Crits will only get you aggro and 5/5 Misery increases the DPS of every caster in the raid by 5%.
