I have been thinking of a way to put my S1 main hand sword to use now that I got the S2 main
hand sword. Killing demons did come to my mind, putting on an “Enchant Weapon – Demonslaying†enchant".

Looking at my excel charts ( http://elitistjerks.com/f31/t27244-rogue_roguecraft_spreadsheet_beta/ )
I been so far unable to value the buff I’m getting from this enchant and “Moongoes†that I got on my S2.
I’m interested in looking at it both in a role as a raid member and as grinding demons solo.
Buffs, I been thinking of using “Elixir of Demonslaying†as a solo demon grinding elixir.

If you are rich enough to use a 5 minute elixir that sells for around 10g each just to grind, you do not need to grind in the first place. As for the enchant, I have no idea of its usefulness at 70; I should imagine Brutallus is the best place to test this, for any guild that has him on farm (as I can't think of another demon you can hit for 6 minutes straight anywhere else in WoW). Anyone farming Brutallus willing to parse out procs of this on WWS?
The enchant sucks in raids but is sort of awesome for soloing if you're actually killing demons; it doesn't do much damage at 70 but it procs a stun.
Just get Mongoose.
And yes, Elixir of Demonslaying are hugely expensive because they're used in end-game instance fights for the AP boost. They also only last five minutes each.

I was trying to quantify this somewhat, and here is what I got:
Mongoose is for me about 20dps from autoattack, on a 7800 armor boss.
This is +1200 damage per minute.
Demonslaying is 100 damage per proc. I could not find the proc rate, but assuming 5ppm it only gives 500 damage per minute (might be reduced by resistances?).
So there is no use for it in raiding.

The raiding bit might not be that good as you stated especially looking at the damage. The thing I'm not sure of is the stun part (what I understand Boss Demons is not stun able but there are other mobs) due to the fact that damage is not braking it. I got no problem not ending up in the top of the damage meter if the raid benefits from it.
I got Mongoose on my swords and it will keep my S2 of-hand sword with Mongoose as a complement going after demons vile I grind. So the benefit form enchanting it will give you a bit of less damage taken but less damage done. I have not got a sure number of the duration of the stun.
