It all depends on what you want to do. Though the only half decent build in there is really number 1 and its still not very great.

The talents can always be resetted and repicked if they dont suit me? At any time in the game?

Eh. None of them.

For pvp, something like 33/25/3 or 33/28/0 make for good builds.

I've personally never seen Endless Rage being all that great until much later in arena (specifically).

A 2h 'fury' build isn't very viable. You'll get more from a 31/30/0 or a 33/28/0 specifically for PvE.

Your first 2 builds lack Imp slam, which is a great talent and skill. If you want burst damage, Imp slam is a great asset.

MS is initially better for 2h warriors than BT. With a s4 weapon, it takes around 2700 ap to make BT do more damage than MS. With a s3 it's around 2600 ap. With a welfare epic like a s1, it takes more than 2300 ap to have BT do more damage. It takes raid buffs or serious gearing.

Yes, you just speak to your class trainer and there is an option to unlearn all of your talents. This will recredit you with all of your talent points and you can spend them again. A warning though, it costs more to unlearn your talents everytime you do it.
