Had some guildies wanting this from me, and I know its available elsewhere, but though I would post it on here as it is such an outstanding macro for mages and locks.

/clearfocus [button:2]
/stopcasting
/cast [target=focus,exists,nodead] Polymorph(Rank 4)
/stopmacro [target=focus,exists,nodead]
/clearfocus [target=focus,exists,nodead]
/focus [harm,exists,nodead]

Change polymorph spell to fear/banish whatever

/cast [target=focus, modifier:alt] Banish;fear

/clearfocus [button:2]
/stopcasting
/cast [target=focus, modifier:alt] Banish;fear
/stopmacro [target=focus,exists,nodead]
/clearfocus [target=focus,exists,nodead]
/focus [harm,exists,nodead]

Left click to set focus target, left click again to cc focus(hits the set focus no matter what you are targeting) if you use alt modifier you can set for 2 ccs, example. left click to fear, alt+left click to banish, right click changes focus to current target and clears your focus if you have no target. The stopcast line interrupts whatever you are currently casting to cast the cc spell.

Hope this is helpful to all cc people, just change your /cast line to cast your spell. I also use quartz which when set up shows me the timer on my polymorph and timer disappears if breaks early, and my xperl shows a frame for my focus target which also shows me when it breaks along with anyone else debuffs on it if they have made it unccable with dots etc.

Right. It is a quest reward from a lvl 60 quest that I linked above.

I find this combo easier for me for CCing.

Download focus frame, quartz (helpful for any caster not just CCing) and Clique add ons.
Set your focus to your CC macro and Polymorph to Shift + Right click to Polymorph

This gives you a numerical timer and you are always targeted on what u have to nuke, you just shift right click on your focus and it casts poly on that target, never having to get off main target or even switch targets.

Just my 2cp

This isn't about how to get the pig, but how to get the pig into the macro. Thanks Anobix.

Replace cast line for polymorph with name of spell so i believe would be like anobix said, and this macro does the same thing you are saying Zisikpus except without downloading the extra addons. I actually use xperl so i have a focus frame setup already and quartz which shows the timer. This macro is just a one click to set focus, one click to sheep focus, right click to change focus without the extra addons. No need for focus frame addon since blizzard has a focus command built in, and dont need clique addon. You do not need to come off target to sheep focus with macro. This is just a macro that elimates the need for all the addons although quartz or focus frame is nice to see the timer or sheep break.

My macro is fairly similar (but I use shift to reset focus and no stopcasting)
But, my polymorph line is:

/castrandom [target=focus,exists,nodead] Polymorph(Rank 4), Polymorph: Pig(Rank 1), Polymorph: Turle(Rank 1)

I'll never know what the mob will turn into next :)
(Do watch patch notes though as when they changed the name of the poly: pig spell my macro wouldn't work all the time and it took me a while to figure out why)

I recently redid my UI to include a focus frame (asd part of x-perl) and I find it much easier to keep an eye on my sheep now (also I can easily see if it has dots on it, or if someone is hitting it).

/clearfocus [button:2]
/stopcasting
/cast [target=focus,exists,nodead] Polymorph(Rank 4)
/stopmacro [target=focus,exists,nodead]
/clearfocus [target=focus,exists,nodead]
/focus [harm,exists,nodead]

I don't understand this . . .

ok .. on a button 2 press it clears focus then ...
on any button press, it stops casting and casts polymorph on focus provided there is a focus, it exists and is not dead
then the macro stops if there is a focus target, it exists and isn't dead.

Then the next line "/clearfocus [target=focus, exists, nodead]" SHOULD NEVER EXECUTE -- because you issued a stopmacro for those exact conditions.

Maybe this should just be /clearfocus [target=focus] ?
That would make sense, as it would clear the focus prior to setting it to the current target.

the last line says to set the focus to the current target provided it is not friendly, exists and isn't dead.

You are correct the second to last line should never execute and I never realized it because it has no affect either way, it sets a focus if you dont have one by last line, and if you do have one it should never get to that point.

You actually wouldnt need it to even be /clearfocus [target=focus}, you actually need no line there at all because for macro to reach that point you already have all conditions met to set a new focus with last line.

Oh well sorry I never noticed I had a useless line in macro but it never made a difference one way or the other.

On an unrelated side note.. Skull of Guldan last week=)YAY
