Hiya, i'm a resto healer with access to 4 boss in ZA, gruul, and kara. My question is, Is there any glaring gear choices i have missed other than badge gear (I'm slowly getting that) I am a pve player but will do pvp to get gear for pve if i need to.

your gear seems fine just work on badge gear starting with that healing mace for 150 badges.
The only thing I could think of is possibly your cloak. Maybe trying to get the Stainless Cloak of the Pure Hearted or even Red Riding Hood's Cloak (although you'll lose 1 mp5, you'll gain some int. Up to you what you think you need more of).
You can also take a look at these neck pieces. Emberspur Talisman or SSO Pendant of Restoration.

I'm still trying to get revered to get my alchemist stone and then continue working on getting exalted with SSO to get the trinket. It is very nice and probably one of the best trinkets out there.

i have the neck from SSO but since i'm scryer the proc is kinda crappy so i prefer the gaurdian neck since i only loose 7 healing but pick up a ton of int
