hemo spec help.Follow

hey guys sry to bother ya.. i was wondering if somebody could post me the cookie cutter hemo spec. and maybe explain how to use it a little.
i am sorta new to wow.. i have been gone for over a year but coming back.. im sick of dagger spec but love the challenging playstyle. i was going to go combat swords until somebody pointed me towards hemo..
since i dont kno much about it i have been searching for some info. any would be great.. thanks so much..
im taking it this is prolly not much of a pve spec but a pvp am i right?.. once again. thanks all
