ZA shield has 6 mp5, but I would lose 7 healing and about 0.12% spell crit and shy of 180 mana.

Don't forget that you get additional +heal relative to Int (Holy Guidance). So you'd get more like +11 heal over the ZA shield.
I guess, if you need more MP5, go for the ZA shield. If your MP5 is fine, go for the Bastion (since it is better for every other stat other than MP5). Both are really good shields.

I currently have 154 mp5 while casting (unbuffed) in my PvE gear. Prob just stick with Hyjal shield till I can get the one to drop off Supremus.

11 healing at 42% coefficient is 4.62 off my avg FoL, about 7.1 off an average HL. I would go from 2389 healing to 2378.
But yes the question is would you give up 11 healing for 7 mp5

~11 Heal
~180 Mana
0.12% crit
Red Socket
vs
7 MP5
Yellow Socket
You obviously don't have to match sockets, but you'd lose 1 MP5 (nothing major).
Personally, I'm an MP5 junkie. But, you can carry both shields, and swap as needed :) Why make a decision when you can have your cake and eat it too?
