Im new so if this isnt in a wrong place in forum, sorry.
My problem is that, tha at lvl 23 Ive stopped doing pally quests. Now Im 47 and the problem is Ive got "The Path of the Adept" quest. The items for this quest are in Blackfathom deeps and Im too high lvl for this instance. What should I do?

At your level you should be able to go through the instance and kill everything in it by yourself.

Yes - you can solo instances. It's actually kind of fun :)
However, you will not be able to summon or be summoned by the instance "meeting stone" (doesn't apply to soloing instances, but just an FYI). That has min and max level requirements. But you can go in and terrorize all the poor unsuspecting naga :)

You don't need a party to go to an instance, no. So at level 47 you should be able to hit instances like Blackfathom Deeps, Deadmines, even parts of the Scarlet Monastery if you felt like it all by yourself either for fun, to finish up quests, whatever.

First time I made it to the portal in Deadmines, I asked a guy standing there what it was all about.
I wasn't using Alla or Thottbot back then and it was the 1st instance portal I had seen. He said "Well first you have to be in a group...".
Silly me, I didn't even try to enter it, went out and got a group. We made it to the Shredder Robot thingie and they told me we were done. I said "Where is Van Cleef?" and they all shrugged and hearthed out.
Fortunately I found a guild shortly after that. They told me Shredder was like the 1/3 point of the instance. They also told me that you DON'T have to be in a group to enter an instance, as long as you meet the other requirements.
