Some time ago I got the inspiration to make a level 10 twink with a near godly avoidance rate. After a few failed attempts at making this guy a warrior or rogue, I set out to make a hunter. I beefed him up with some nice enchants and totally rocked the Battleground.

73.22% avoidance, and with a nice Elderberry Pie I got waay more than 100%.
Saddest part is, I did this char less than a week ago, and come this tuesday, it'll be gone for good because all the ratings are gonna be scaled as if you were level 34 (except haste, but shh).
I'll still be able to do ungodly amounts of damage, but god am I gonna miss kiting 6 alliance from the top of the tunnel to the middle before the warriors' overpower finally caught up to me or making a rogue sit there wasting his energy on parried/dodged/missed sinister strikes with his lil shadowfang or wtfe:(

It allows you to jump.
The neck is mostly for show, bought it from griftah, that should say it all.
As far as the attempt to nerf this before, they only nerfed dodge rating, because twinks were getting 100%+ dodge, but thanks to blizz's quick fixes they didnt bother with adjusting avoudance values and people could get 15 def rating to chest which is a huge boost.
Ima go all out tonight and use up all my elderberry pies, and get the fire festival fury buff which whill buff my crit chance by 81.62% XD. I'll even try to get some screenies and post em back here of my endless avoidance.

Blizzard should add a sound file to your character which would play for the player who attempts to attack you.

I would'nt say hunter is the best, but for level 10 twinks they are in the top 3 along with warriors and rogues. You choose hunter if you want to kite people. You choose rogues for the high agi:dodge ratio. And you choose warriors for the shieldspike and high block chance.
I chose hunter for the kiting, and it was just waay too hard to get the wingblade without dinging 11.
