I really want a weapon which can do alot of magical damage but what's the best overall weapon?

Does anyone know a good Roleplaying Realm? My character is a young human priestess in the alliance who tries to heal members of both factions.

She's a sassy, befuddled human Priestess from the wrong side of the tracks...He's a war weary Tauren with horns that just won't quit. They fight crime!

Ah, yes, the young lady from *that* thread in the general forum....If, in fact you are interested in actually playing WoW, you'll find the closest Auction House for humans will be in Stormwind. Upon reaching level five you can equip a nice wand that will do lovely magical damage. http://www.wowhead.com/?item=11287

Yes, but it's very difficult.

Healing people from your own faction is simple. Select injured person, trigger spell, voila.

Healing people from the opposite faction requires you to switch them to your faction briefly using Mind Control. That means you can only ever do this to opposing faction characters if they are flagged for PVP, since Mind Control is a hostile act.

Alone, you must cast Mind Control at the character. Once you have taken control, you may cast an instant healing spell on them such as Renew or Circle of Healing. Casting the heal will break your Mind Control, but since the spell is instant it will still affect your target.

If you have a like-minded partner, you can cast Mind Control on an opposing faction character and your partner can heal them, either by using spells, or if your partner is a Death Knight with no healing spells, simply by bandaging them. Your partner's spells and bandages won't break the Mind Control, so you can heal more effectively that way than you could alone, and you can finish up by breaking your Mind Control by casting an instant heal or a buff, such as your Power Word: Fortitude.

Keep in mind that anyone you could do this to has basically declared their preference to fight you by flagging, or by rolling on your PVP server, or by joining the battleground/arena. Not everyone will react kindly to you casting Mind Control at them--they may respond with hostility before you can get the spell or the heal off. Also, they may not be grateful.

Hmm...what's the strongest staff and magic a human priestess can possess?

That's a broader question than you suppose, and by the time you reach a level where you could find and use any of the game's current most powerful weapons, the new expansion will have been released and the bar raised. That said, the toughest raid boss currently in the game drops the Golden Staff of the Sin'Dorei, which any healing Priest would love to have.

-_- Are people spreading rumors about me? There's nothing wrong about being cheertastic and playing video games. Besides, my favorite Vlogger plays this game so I might get the chance to meet him.

Rest easy Lily, no rumors. It may just possibly have to do with you posting a nearly identical thread on the general forum that got sub-defaulted...or it could be that you ask the same questions over and over.

I completely understand though, you are a role player. You're role playing a sassy fishing priest in a little motorboat, a bucket of chum at hand to facilitate your trolling through sparkling Lake Allahkhazam. Have a cheertastic day! ^_^

If you want to heal members of both factions, roll a Paladin.
Use the Judgement of Light ability on a mob that is being attacked by a member of the opposite faction, and they will be healed when they hit the mob.
Less risk to yourself that way. if you are on a PvE realm it won't mark you flagged for PvP either.

You can heal members of the opposite faction with bandages actually

I came up to a Human... something... that I was certain was going to die as I watched 2 unexpected adds come up from behind, so I helped kill them, and while I knew i couldn't cast healing spells on them I saw bandage on my bar and figured I'd try it, and surprisingly it worked

I wouldn't be caught dead healing gnomes though...

You can buff members of the opposing faction though. I was in Helfire the other day with a level 70 friend killing Arazzius the Cruel which is extremely difficult and three alliance came up behind us and helped down him. We all did our /bow and /salute, then I buffed them and we waited around for respawn to help them out as well.

If there was a gnome in that group we would have done /mock and /laugh and let them die. ;)
