I just hit 28, and obviously as i am not really experienced with Locks, i was wondering how is my character doing talent/gear-wise, wouldn't mind a few recommendations.
Was also wondering, is improved drain soul fixed or i wasted 1 point ? haha.

Looks goos so far. Imp Drain Soulis nice for the Aggro Reduction if your drain hunting, the mana back can be nice too.
For the next few points, get 1 more into Fel concentration, makes Drain Tanking easier. Get a point into Siphon Life for an additional Insta-DoT. Empowered Corruption is great, thoguh at the lower levels there not a lot of +Spell Damage gear, it is still a good place to put points, as is Curse of Ex. Shadow Mastery and Darp Pact are a must. From there it's a lot of personal preference, but that should get you started.

Ok, look at my armory again.
I just got 42.
And TBH, i don't know what i should do with talents at this point ?
Which kind of Lock is better in the 40s-50s to grind up exp ?
I just looked over at the talents in affliction and i'm having trouble deciding where to put the points because i don't see anything that will significantly improve my damage, did i miss something ?

Finish up Shadow Mastery and grab Contagion, both will increase your damage.
Malediction is more of a end-game raiding talent, it has no use in soloing or 5 man content as you'll get more damage using CoA then the extra damage CoS will give you.
Improved Howl of Terror is an amazing ability to have. Instant Cast AoE Fear. Great for emergencies and PvP.
Unstable Affliction looks like it is really only useful for PvP but an extra DoT never hurt, especially when it's and Affliction Effect and increases your drain life with Soul Siphon. Almost a must for a Drain Tanker.
After that it's really up to you whether you want to move into Demo or Destro, and really depends on what your going to be doing.

Now that you have Dark Pact, you may consider going 5/5 Demonic Embrace since you're drain-tanking. Many drain-tankers go for DE, Fel Intel, Demonic Aegis Fel Stamina and Imp Healthstone. Then going back to fill out the Affliction tree.
Just a suggestion to look into. Contagion, iHot and UA are all pretty powerful of course and very nice to have.
