Twink build helpFollow

Hello. I was just wondering what the standard lvl 19 twink spec is? I was thinking imp. sin strike and imp evis. but what about the other 5 pts? Do i go with Malice for the crit chance or MoD for the stealth. Any help would be appreciated. thanks
