OK, I have a buddy who would like to find out what would be the best enchant for Stormherald? He said Mongoose I told him one of the two above. He is specd as an 35/25/3 Arms.

I agree. Executioner is the best enchant for a warrior.
I also think executioner is better. Isn't the Mongoose enchant only for 1 hand weapons anyway?

I've used both enchants and Executioner is better by far, it seems it's always on for me too, everytime I look up I see it go off. Tack a couple sunders and someone is in for a world of pain!!

Executioner is good on lower armor opponents, and generates more rage per white hit, and increases yellow damage.
Mongoose is crit and dodge, and crit is nerfed in the higher levels of arena by resilience. Dodge for a pvp warrior is kinda mediocre.
Savagery is a solid enchant too. More rage per white hit and increased yellow damage, but it's a little behind the curve when compared to executioner.

I am pretty sure that 1-h enchants were changed to apply to 2-h's aswell. For instance, spell damage on staffs.
There have never been one-hand only enchants; there were (and are) two-hand only enchants, but any enchant you can put on a 1H you can put on a 2H.
