Ehnc shammy recommended gear and stat?Follow

i have a troll shammy that i finally lvld to 70 my guild regularly runs kara ssc and other i was wondering what you guys would recommend to me for gear and stats to run those raids

for enhancement shaman, there are 2 types. enh/resto and enh/ele
enh resto makes the totems more useful.. benefiting the group...
or if you're selfish like me and wanna raise your own dps.. go enh ele.
