hey, im having trouble deciding which badge items to get. this is my armory, the items im thinking about replacing are my chest, leggings, boots, and wand. this is what i figure. ive got 66 badges, and am gonna save up to 100. its either i purchase Carved Witch Doctor's Stick (wand) and Boots of Incantations (boots), or Shroud of the Lore'nial (chest), or Legwraps of the Sweltering Flame (legs). any suggestions? i am running kara, so plz factor the potential loot from there
on a side note, if you have any comments about my spec, plz enlighten me

I'm by no means the expert on any of this, but i would upgrade the legs first, simply because your chest has some hit rating already and that's something that you have very little of. Your hit rating will dramatically increase your dps and as for talents, you should have at least 3 points in elemental precision to drop the amount of hit rating you need by 3%. to be capped, you need to have a chance to hit a target at 13% (with elemental precision) which is around 165-170 spell hit.
You're at 375 tailoring without the spellfire robe? Get that crafted asap, will last you through T5 content (minus stam fights)
I would personally get the leggings.
If you want, go to www.max-dps.com and put in your stats. It will tell you what the dps values are for various pieces (and hopefully the ones you are wearing) doing this will allow you to find out what would be the biggest dps increase.
