How does this look to you guys? This is primarily a Raid build which is why I didn't feel the need to take "Celestial Focus" - cause I shouldn't ever get hit anyway.

Any thoughts or suggestions on the build as a whole?

Also, I keep getting conflicting info: Should I spam Wrath or Starfire as my staple damage spell?

Ok, for your build it looks good but the only thing I would change is take the 2 out of brambles and put them into Control of Nature. When you find yourself in the situation, and you will in 5 mans (Starfire/Moonfire crit ftw), that you pull aggro and for some reason the healer does too your cyclone will help you keep your healer from taking unnecessary damage. Plus it's just nice to be able to cast cyclone and not worry about it getting pushed back on cast time when you're taking on mobs in PVE. Root/Cyclone on 2 mobs is fantastic when you pull too many.

I asked about brambles a few months back and the general consensus around here was thats it's utterly useless.

But as for the casting here is what I myself do.

When I'm downing trash I will use wrath seeing as how with all the raid buffs you should be getting an extra 1000 or so mana and your regen will also go up so it's ok to spam wrath since it's heavy on the damage/mana ratio. On bosses it's a different story, depending on what your spell damage is at. Mine is around 600 I can keep an average dps of about 400-500 using Starfire on bosses and if you want to increase that I suggest an addon that gives you a castbar that will calculate the latency into your casting and tell you when to hit the button for the next cast (I call this cast overlap).

If I'm not too worried about mana in a boss fight I will rotate Starfire, Moonfire and Wrath in that order. When things crit my dps can and has reached well over 600 but I can't ever make that a definate, it's more due to luck. Besides, when I'm raiding as moonkin I'm not there to crank out massive dps, I'm there to make the mages and warlocks look like dps gods.

Edit: Because I'm an idiot and I originally called cyclone, hurricane.
