My Warrior buildFollow

Whatever happened to that guide that was on the site about PvP warriors? Im currently using the 31/20 Arms build. I just hit outland, and i just turned lvl 60. Soloing isn't that bad but can be pretty hard at times. I have pretty good up-to-date gear. I just feel like i can just about get owned by anyone or any mob though, if there are two mobs my level are higher, i can take them but i usually have like 10-15% health after, which is not good. I currently use a 2h sword. I usually hit like this :
Rend > hamstring > sunder x5 > white > execute.

Any input on this build would be great. Should i get some good tanking gear for groups? should i put some skills into prot to maybe get some more def or health?

I'm not a DPS guru, but wouldn't TC and Demo Shout help in incoming damage reduction (since you seem worried about taking too much damage)?

Also, get 2 levels ASAP for imp Slam :)

i think this is your problem.

rend is useless, save it for rogues in PVP.
hamstring only once the mobs reaches ~30% health IF they are the cowardly type.
don't waste sunders on non-elites.
where is your mortal strike?

if you want to tank, you will need to build up a separate tanking set. for now, just look for lots of stam and armor; try to get ~8k health (unbuffed) for hellfire instances. the lower level protection talents aren't going to do a whole lot for you, so i wouldn't worry about that.

charge -> white hit -> MS -> white hit -> slam -> white hit -> slam -> dead.

If you get 45+ rage during your slam rotation, throw in a ms.

You really should spec imp slam in the fury tree. 30 points fury (here) is perfect to start from. Then I'd suggest a 21/30/0 build for lvl 60. Putting points into a weapon spec tell 65. Then max out 2h weapon spec. Then max out imp intercept, then get MS at 70.

Slam is very good. In fact in rough math, it basically doubles your dps. That's very rough math, BTW.

Slam by far is a leveling spec's greatest advantage, and when combined with flurry, you'll be able to grind mobs much better.

For pure dps statistics, Sword > Axe > Mace. But Axe is nearly as good, and even performs better in some cases as Sword. Sword spec is better after 70, when you have a solid crit base to keep flurry proc'd, and enough rage to power slam every white hit.

The basics of slam are this; it's almost as good damage per hit as a MS. It costs half as much rage as MS. It only add's 0.5 seconds to swing times per use, which ends up being in rough math (not exact, lag, player skill and addon's make a huge difference in actual use) a 0.25 addition to swing time dps for (2x white damage + 140 (at level 69+, only add 87 at lvl 60, and 105 at lvl 61)). Depending on your actual white DPS and weapon speed, this can be a big difference in killing mobs quickly. Which is better rage spent than in reducing their armor and attack power/speed.

I just have to say slam is by far one of the 2h wars most underrated skills, and you should seriously look into learning the ins and outs of it ASAP.

::EDIT::

Rend should have been out of the equation a long time ago. It's not very efficient DPS, and is after lvl 30-40 or so purely a PvP skill against rouges and for leveling weapon skills on rend-immune mobs.

DO NOT TAKE IMP REND!!!
