I want to make a new priest for the horde, but i really need some tips including weapon, race, and talents. Plz if anyone has any tips, let me know.

I think you will find many threads right here on the first page (easy to access) full of good tips and useful information galore. These sort of questions are asked frequently so it helps to have a quick look through what others have posted before asking...you might just find your answers.
Also, the stickies at the top of the page are also useful to read through, lots of good stuff. Good luck, happy reading and I do hope you enjoy your new priest. :)

Also be sure to check out the official Priest boards (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/) -- lots of good information in the stickied threads! Just don't read any of the other ones just yet, haha!
