I was questing on my warlock in the outlands yesterday and I noticed something. I don't know if it was a bug or what but everytime I got a crit with my wand i would get some health back. Just though i'd share.
Can you post your character name and server so we can check your armory?
The only thing I can think of is hidden effects, or... some kind of weird Ninja Priest with a sick sense of humor...

The only thing I can think of is for you to look at what you have equipped. I suspect that you have a trinket or piece of gear that provides the effect.
Do you have this?
