Ok Ele/Enh doesn't really work that well to be honest.
You end up losing 3 spell and melee hit as well as some improvements to totems, which is a big part of enhancement shaman.
Really the main reason anyone goes part ele is actually for Reverberation, more chances to intterrupt enemies is nice but it is also deep.
If I ever went back to enhancement I would probably go with this spec:

To me it is just perfect you get everything your expected to get you can pvp or pve no prob. But if you absolutley must go a ele/enh hybrid maybe something more like this:
http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/classes/shaman/talents.html?tal=5503015000000000000050252021050013053115100000000000000000000
You may have noticed I didn't put points in elemental devastation, atm it is not worth it. You will have about 5% crit as a properly geared enhancement shaman, there is no hybrid gear at 70 that gives both spell and melee crit anymore, none. You need to gear as a enhancement shaman and that means you will have 0 spell hit, 0 spell crit, and only some spell damage from mental quickness. You wont have good enough caster stats to support Elemental devastation, making it wasted.
Realisticaly though the most points I have seen any high end shaman put into elemental is this:

Anyhow i would still also say go ahead and have fun with it, but it has been more or less proven not to work well much at all. I just want you to know that.
