Hey, i have recently ran out of game time for my mage. I am going to buy another game card, but i was thinking of what i was actually going to do in - game. My mage was in a raiding guild that ran Gruuls and Kara every now and then, but i am now out of that guild. Just before my account had ran out i had bought my epic Flying mount and that was the exciting thing. I want to play again, but should i wait for WOTLK? or continue playing? because even if i try to get in an arena team/raiding guild, when WOTLK comes out im going to be replacing my gear.

I was thinking about leveling another class to 70, for WOTLK so i can have 2 characters that are 70, or is that a waste of time for 2 months? My mage has alright gear, basically full tier 4 and s1/s2 pvp gear with vindicator stuff and rings. I would like to get into an arena team but its really hard for me to find one, plus im not really good in arena. Is raiding worth it atm? or is pvp better to go with until WOTLK?

Help would be much appreciated

If you think you will have fun playing, then go for it. If not, then wait. It's as simple as that. Don't worry about any gear being replaced. Worry only about the fun you'll have.

However, if you can get some arena S3 or S4 gear, I'd be willing to bet that it'll last you til you're almost 80. And that will be even better if you're on a PvP server. And I wouldn't say we only have 2 months left. I'm willing to bet we'll see WotLK out in November.

Raiding is only a small part of this game. There is a ton of stuff to do besides that. I always had fun just flying around Outlands.
