Killing Caster NPCsFollow

I am leveling my Arms Warrior, currently at 47.

The guide says to enter the cave on Isle of Dread in Feralas. I can't take down when 2 group up and cast frost bolts/and heal each other. There seems to be 6-8 total getting there.

I did it on my hunter E-Z mode.

These are green mobs but just can't beat these nagas.

any advice (including skip it, not worth the trouble) ??

those are all single pulls till you get to the named mobs.

after you pummel or shield bash to interrupt their spells, strafe back towards the entrance (they'll follow you to keep in melee range while silenced) to lessen the chance of adds.

if you have enough room, you can pull with your bow or gun and run around a corner out of sight, and the caster mob will run to you. if it's just a straight hallway, you can pull from max range, then run away and get out of range of their cast, forcing them to follow you. then pop a bloodrage and a well-timed intercept to close the distance and interrupt their first cast.

also, there's a really creepy tunnel there under the water.... make sure you follow it and check it out...
