Ret weapon upgradeFollow

So I was hoping some more experienced number crunchers could help me figure out which weapon to get for my Ret off-set. I am now in a pretty static ZA team working on getting some bear mounts (last week we got 3 chests with minor difficulty, need to shave off about 8 minutes for a mount) and this gives me the opportunity to get a new weapon.

Currently I am rocking the Gorehowl with a Mongoose enchant. Running ZA I will have 2 options for upgrades. First is from the timed loot, Trollbane. The second drops from Zul'jin, Jin'rohk, the Great Apocalypse.

At first glance I like Trollbane better because it will give me crit as well as AP, while Jin'rohk only gives the AP. But, Jin'rohk does give haste. I'm not totally sure how haste affects DPS, much less a Ret Paladin's DPS, so is the haste better then the crit gain from Trollbane?

I went to maxdps.com and it assigned DPS values as such:

- Gorehowl 747.30
- Trollbane 757.40
- Jin'rohk 770.35

According to maxdps, Jin is definitely the way to go, but I still wasn't convinced. Would it matter based on the rest of my stats which weapon would upgrade most, or is one better than the other for a Human Ret Paly regardless of stats? If you need my current (albeit laughable) Ret stats, I would need to do a respec sometime after my ZA today, and then post them.

Thanks for any feedback :)

EDIT: couple typos.

i chose Jin'rohk from glancing the mouse-over right away, maxdps confirmed my assumption. what caught my eye was the topend dmg and slow swing speed, haste and AP was just icing. i usually hold weapon speed and dmg in highest priority given most fight situations. more often than not, as melee, you will be in and out of your attack rotation to avoid something or perform something or moving to an add. once back in main combat you will restart your initial hit sequence...meaning 0 swing timer and CS cooldown. i also hold haste rating as one of the lower priorities because of this.

The axe is a hunter weapon, the sword is better for you.

Unless you have 1850 or higher to get S3 weapon, or access to Worldbreaker off Fathomlord in SSC then I would say go for it. Hell I have one in the bank.
