Hello. I normally play as a Warlock, but decided to make a warrior. I have never gotten a warrior beyond level 10 before, but now i have one who is. My queswtion is, what should I spec in for Tanking/Damage. If you guys would tell me, it would be much appreciated. And also, do you think undead is a good race for the warrior class?

Spec for damage until at least 60. You won't have any problem tanking any instances before that and even most instances after that. If you want to tank after that then respec at 60 or 70 to prot.

If you're going to pvp a lot I'd stick to a damage spec and roll an undead. If you're mostly going to PVE then I'd take Tauren or Orc for the racials.

Your biggest challenge is going to be other people telling you what you should do...in game. The guy above is right, go damage until you get to 60ish or until you feel its time. Problem is when you go protection, your gonna loose your damage that you have become used to. Drunk, high shadow priests are going to be your bane too =)

I know this might sould weird, but I'll say you should go into prot the moment you obtain Shield Block. By spamming it and using revenge afterword, you'll be surprised how little down time you'll have. I found that by doing that, it'd be rare that I'd take more 100hp in damage and that would be gone by the time I fought the next mob. This changed once I went into outland and had so much hp that my spirit had no hope of keeping up, but it's surprisingly viable. Adding Shield Slam to you damage roster is nice too. And Devastate is a god-send. That's my advice.

Hope it helps.
