hey guys i was just thinking about starting a shadow priest all i need to really know is...what weapon i should use with him...mace or staff, or any other opinons on whats the best to use thanks
It depends on the level and what you come across really. Either staff or mace/dagger with offhand. Its not like you're going to be meleeing much anyway.
Whichever provides the best stats.
As others have said, just get the best stats. If you engage in non-casting combat at all, it's with your wand anyway. I think my weapon skills are all at about 4.
