Hello everyone, I just hit level 40 last night, and was wondering 2 things..
1. Should I keep on with Beast Mastery or go MM? I have heard a few people say at 40 to go MM.
2. When it comes to mail armor is it still Agi + Stam or Int?

Armory - http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Bloodhoof&n=Oromo

Yes, I know my armor is horrible. I am going to run my level instances now. My main plan was to speed to 40, get a mount, and work on armor after that

Thanks in advance :)

A mix of mostly Monkey gear with some bits of falcon gear will be perfect for leveling.

Or stuff with the same stats ofcourse.

Generally, You'll be looking for:
Agility
Stamina
Intellect.
But mostly agility.

Stats like +hit, +AP and +crit are great as long as there arent much stats like strength and spirit ruining the piece of gear.

Stay with BM for a bit more. Actually, read the stickie and respec to the cookie cutter BM build.

I did notice your skinning and leatherworking are both at a skill of 1. You better get those going, especially skinning as you are going to waste a lot of time going back to the starting zones to skin level 2 mobs. You should try and keep your skinning skill up with your current level so when you kill a beast, you simply skin it on the spot.

As for armor, I wouldn't run to the AH to buy mail gear of the monkey (agi+stam). At least on my server low 40 mail gear of the monkey is about 50G a piece and simply not worth it. It is ok to still run around with leather if it gives good stats.

Yea.. I had Alchemy/Herbalism and something happened to I got rid of those (they were around 120 and this was around level 25) I also got the bright (horrible) idea of helping one of my friends (he was at the time level 2) level and I would level Skinning/Herbalism. He quit, I got mad, and didn't level it :( But now once I get my mount (20g more to go!) I am going to run around and level it :)

Thanks for the tips everyone, and yep on Bloodhoof 40 mail gear is about 20-50g

Edit: I am going to drop LW and get Mining to fund my mount, and other mounts later on.

If you're questing mainly to level which it looks like you have been then the quest rewards will probably see you to outland, with exception of a new ranged weapon every now and then.

I go for Agi then a mix of Stam and Int, I go about 30% stam to 70% Int.

I never recommend dropping trade skills. It takes way too much time and gold to start over. Its cheaper just to buy whatever you need from auction and keep leveling your existing trades. There are exceptions to this rule of course. If your hunter takes up tailoring, I'll just point and laugh.

Not to sound too condescending, but if you'd kept herb/Alch you'd probably have your mount money by now. I've got a lvl 34 druid with alch/herb and he already has way more gold than he needs for his mount at 40. Or if you had switched over and lvled up what ever else you had picked. In short (as you've probably figured out by now), gathering skills are the easiest way to make money in this game.
