Well, here's the thing: When you ask a REALLY retarded question, give a bit of background as to WHY you're asking it. Some times, if you don't come off as a complete idiot, you won't get flamed.

I chose to ignore the wingclip part of the question because if lifestealing isn't viable, the first question shouldn't matter.
Now, had you started this thread by saying "In PvP, if I'm low on health and have lifestealing on my weapons, would I be able to spam RaptorStrike/Wing Clip to increase the chances that it will proc?"
I guarantee that you would have gotten a better response. It probably wouldn't have been the answer you were hoping for, but no one would have accused you of trolling.
