Questions about team leveling with a WarriorFollow

My level 32 Feral druid is teaming up with my friends level 32 (arms?) warrior. Anyway I have some thoughts and questions that I would like opinions on. Right now we are both short of the money needed for a mount at forty so our current thoughts are to farm low level instances for BoE's to sell, but which ones can we do? I know we can handle Wailing Caverns and by extension Deadmines, but what about say Razorfen Kraul or Blackfathom Deeps? But is this really the best way for us to make money? And would it be worth it for one of us to pick up Disenchanting for the BoP items that we can't use?

Also I currently have more cash than him, so would it make sense to respec to balance or maybe Resto and spend some/most of my current savings on gear for my new role? Any tips for healing mid-level 5 mans for someone who has never ever healed an instance before?

You shouldn't need to spec Resto at your level to be able to heal, but you will need healing gear, assuming you're wearing all Agility, Strength, and Stamina right now.

As for money, it can be harder with a duo, but the same basic principles apply. You should both have skinning ("Skin your own sparklies," as we say in my house). One of you take mining, the other herbalism, so you aren't competing. Fish. Sell everything, including all your extra cloth, at the Auction House. You'll make more money from skins, herbs, and ores than you will selling a few low-level greens picked up in an instance.

Don't bother farming instances unless you can DE. Even then, it's a much better idea to farm cloth/skins/herbs/ore.

Respec if you want to play another role, otherwise I don't see the point. He tanks and dps and you dps and pop out to heal him once in a while. Full resto is unnecessary until you hit outland or even at all.

I leveled a feral druid with an enhancement shammy and (although we were both dps specced all the way to 70) with group quests it only took a quick change of gear for me to bear tank and him to dps and heal me as needed. Granted, perhaps it's harder to change from dps to tanking on a warrior (I have no idea, I've never played one) but it would also be easier to keep him up since warrior tanks have a more stable health bar.

If you really feel the need to farm Blues at that level, do Shadowfang Keep. There are a couple of super popular twink weapons and a couple nice pieces of armor. The weapons can sell for alot if you get the right ones.
