I was just curious. Is it really worth it to lose spell dmg and crit and hit to get haste. A faster fireball with less spell dmg in the end is basically going to be the same dps is it not. Hrmm...

Depends on the amount you lose for the haste, really. But haste is the highest damage provider per point at levels of gear where you start to really see it(assuming you're already hit capped).
It depends entirely on your current stats on which stat to take and which to drop.
Haste is better in larger amounts, and better when you already have high spell damage.
At lower gear levels, it's probably not worth getting small snippets of haste.
Haste improves DPS only. Damage/Hit/Crit improve DPS and DPM.
At high gear levels, Haste is probably the best stat casters can get.

This is my armory link. I am specced frost atm for pvp but i am only missing the spellfire belt and gloves. Would it be worth getting haste at about 1100 bonusfire dmg. My isnt capped but it is at like 140.

At your current level of gear, you can safely pick up some haste, under 2 conditions:
1)Try not to lose any hit rating for it.
2)Do not gem for it until you are within 5 or so hit rating of the cap and have at least 40 or so haste from other gear.
Follow those two, and you'll probably be fine.
