Hello, i want to know your opinion about this talent build (PvP, Arena and BG preferred)

Um ok I would advise that you read the sticky at the top of the topics by magesock. Many of the points you put into the tree are useless to tell you the truth and then not sending some of the points in ones you will seriously need for PvP such as magic attunement. This might sound cruel and I am sorry but it is the truth.
Me being uber cool i have run with that build before (well i took 2 out of molten shields into prismatic cloak but same thing)
1. I could sometimes kill someone that was attacking me directly but usually not.
2. I did pretty freakin good damage from the back lines.
3. I failed massively at Arena
4. I know you didn't ask about this but, I was performing pretty well in some heroics and such.
Long story short, it was sorta fun but not really worth it.
EDIT: Actually, looking specifically at the spec, which i didn't do before, i noticed that some of the points could be placed better. This works a little better.
