Currently my priest is spec'd

And i was wondering if it is a good build for healing heroics and a little pvp? or is there a disc spec i can do that i can heal heroics but focus mainly on pvp

You, like so many before you (including myself), are on a quixotic quest for a build that excels in both PvP and PvE. The reality of the matter is that there isn't one. Frankly, it comes down to "Do you want to respec a lot, or is one or the other 'good enough'?"
Some people prefer to keep a PvP spec and are "good enough" at PvE. Other people keep their PvE spec and just die a lot in PvP. There just aren't enough talent points to be good at both. You're good at one thing, and you suffer through the other.
I will say, though, that pretty much everyone maxes out Imp. Renew. It's far superior to Holy Specialization.

Doesn't look too crazy to me for a mixed-up pve/pvp build, main pve talents you're missing are the mana-efficiency ones, and if you don't find yourself going oom in heroics then thats not a problem. Would agree about improved renew over holy specialization though.
