To all our experienced locks:
Our guild is attempting Leo and I am wondering if I should change my build for the fights. A couple of things I am not sure of: Does the +70 resist from Felpuppy stack with Pally aura? and also - what kind of damage/hit are we looking at for me to keep aggro on him through the whole phase?
My FR stats fully buffed (with pally aura and no Felhound):
104 hit
750 Fire Damage
305 FR (I know it is low :S)
15k hp (with imp out)
8k Mp
Any suggestions for gear/spec which would help me out? I have the full badge FR set + a cape and a neckpiece. I use the scryer's bloodgem and IotSC for this fight. T4 head and shoulders. PvP belt (veterans dreadweave) and wrist (vin. silk cuffs). Glad weapon and offhand from Spite (23 hit rating). Think that covers it. I have access to an ele shammy in my group if it is necessary for me to have one. Also, what are the best healers to heal me?

Your hit and Damage can be about that low no problem, and yes the pally aura stacks with Master Demonologigust buff from Felhunter.
I tanked Leo last night with 370 FR due to having Felhunter out and Pally Aura, I barely got hit, when I do though, it was hard, sometimes as much as 8k, having Soul Link helps. I prefer to spec Demo for it, but it can be done as any spec.
The most important thing is that your raid gives you time to get aggro. Timing your CoD casts so that they go off < 1 second after he changes to Demon Form can help. This can be tricky as Human form only lasts like 45 seconds, so you have to cast your next one when there's 15 second left in Demon Phase, and the first one as soon as he breaks free.

Sounds great, I will prob spec to a 0/40/21 Build for Leo nights. CoD is a good idea. Have an amusing story about our Hydross attempts the other night where I was feling a little sick and doped up on painkillers. I cast CoD on Hydross, and BAM goes off as the tanks did the switch. 9k damage insta aggro and wiped the raid with an extra set of elementels. Yeah - am still wearing the pink noob hat :P
