The more posts i read the more i realize we all know a lot less than we think we do. Any suggestions on how to bring more DPS as a soloist BM/MM hunter on a WAAAAAYYYY over hunter'ed over pvp geared server- w/o pulling off tanks or wasting time and G on the AH?

Read the stickys, Aethiens preraid list has where, what, why lists for hunters. If you want to up your DPS take a look at that for starters.
If we all know a lot less than we think we do, then why are you asking us questions?
With the amount of information you give us it's impossible to really help you.

The only part of your message which I think I understand is the last, cyclegi. Are you asking how to avoid pulling aggro off your tank on instance runs? Feign death. Feign death after the first few shots and again whenever the cooldown is up. If you want more visibility on that, go download a threat meter, like Omen, and use it.
I think he meant himself than referring to 'We'.
What do other overgeared hunters on your server have to do with you? You said you are a soloist?

No ifs, ands, or buts about it: if you want better DPS you are going to need either time, g, and more than likely the AH. All things you said you don't want to do.
