Untalented when picking talentsFollow

Well my subject line says it all. I've been struggling with my spec for some time. Here's a link to my current spec:

http://www.wowarmory.com/character-talents.xml?r=Baelgun&n=Lebowske

Some things to note:

1. I currenly realize I have one unspent point

2. I am looking for a build which will give me tree of life first and foremost. Secondly I also want to maximize myself in arena as much as possible.

3. That being said, to improve my mana regen in tree of life shouldn't I have 3 points in Living Spirit?

4. If that is true, then where do I cut out the points from the other two trees and still be somewhat effective in arenas? The way I have it figure I would end up with an 8/8/44 tree and then miss out on Feral Charge basically and IS. Or do I cut them from somewhere else in resto tree?

I've looked at the druid builds on wowwiki, but none seem to fit right. They have good arena builds, but no ToL and I need that. Please give me some advice on how I should spec, and I do realize that taking ToL sacrifices my arena and visa-versa already. Thanks so much!

I don't arena only bg's and I am a tol druid.
Here is my 2 cents on this matter.
Do not ever, I repeat ever shift to TOL form when doing pvp.
If you are going to focus on pvp/arena type activities than don't even worry about putting a point into TOL because again you should not ever be in TOL when pvp'eeing
With that said you should be able to get your feral charge now with the talent point you won't spend on TOL.

I wouldn't even worry about spirit if I was going the pvp route. You have your innervate and you can chug some mana pots.
In Pvp I would think raw mp5 is better for a druid than spirit besides when you want to innervate yourself or a teammate.

I wouldn't go quite that far. I often use TOL in AV when we're taking Balinda and Vanndar. There's rarely player mobs defending them so you won't be unduly targeted, and the healing buff is a nice boost for the tanks.

Now with that said, don't make a habit of healing in TOL by any means. There's no bigger "HEY I'M A HEALER, KILL ME" sign than turning into a Phyllis Diller-looking hunk of oak. Also, you can be banished by locks (you're an elemental as a Tree), though I'm surprised how many warlocks DON'T know this.

To address the OP's build question, I believe the accepted arena build is 8/11/42. I think there's some wiggle room with the last 4 points in resto. You can put them in any combination in NP, LS, and ET.

Maybe I should have clarified that I am wanting the ToL for PVE raiding...sorry about that.

the tanks only get the buff if they are in your group.
in a completely random av where noone is moving people into groups the odds of myself being in a tanks group who happens to be tanking galv or drek is about 1 in a 1000 if not more heh.
I don't know what the odds are but seriously I have rarely been in a tanks group where my tol would do any good.
I much prefer to be mobile in the bg's myself for various reasons.
I agree with you elsewhere though about being a tol in a bg and basically making yourself a giant target plus being banished is not funny although I do laugh...

I would get the spirit talent if you plan on raiding for sure. It will help treemendously in regenning mana during the long fights plus give you more mana back when you do innervate yourself.

Another point in Improved Regrowth couldn't hurt. This is a very strong heal in both PVE and PVP ever since they reduced the casting cost by 20% and the extra crit rating on it would help keep your bad luck down.
