IM currently planning on making my Tauren Warrior 33/28/0 because it seems thats what the majority of the better equipped players use....however...is this spec good for raiding or is it primarily a PvP thing? If it is only PvP then what would be a good DPS spec. for raiding and PvP?

p.s. i would like to continue using my 2h mace..

33/28 is the 2handed fury spec if i recall correctly. IT is for PvE, but its for High End PVE, talking BT/Hyjal and on. Mainly because of the ArP u get at that level and the quality of gear, not to mention the awesome weapons. And when it comes to 2h PvE u should only stick to Polearms/Axes and Swords, I usually Sword>Polearm/Axe but Polearm/Axe is just as good. Mace is the least viable weapon in the build because the only thing you'll be able to stun is some trash mobs and the rage you get back isn't much. If your going to be raiding anything below hyjal just go with fury and dual wield. There is a huge thread about 2handed pve dps at elitistjerks site as well as tankspot.com

Largely correct, although Arms really is fine in T4/T5 too. It's a more or less linear progression; it doesn't suddenly become much more or less valuable when you zone into BT/Hyjal.

Also there are slight differences in the build between PvE and PvP.

This is a 33/28 PvP build, while this would be the PvE build.

Weapons specs are interchangeable of course.

The main differences are taking imp hamstring and second wind in pvp builds while PvE builds go for imp TC, imp demo shout, and bloodfrenzy.

What dps rotation are you running?

With two handed arms dps you should be using the following:

White -> Slam -> MS -> White -> Slam -> WW -> White -> Slam -> repeat.

This is of course assuming that you have the rage to pull off the full rotation. If not then scratch out the MS's and WW's since they aren't near as good a DPR as Slam. Also make sure your running a swing timer mod and casting slam as soon as your white swing goes off.
