Finding a new raid - help!Follow

No matter what I do it seems impossible to find a place for my rogue in a t5+ raid. There seem to be so many rogues on my server that there just is no place at the inn, so to speak. At the same time, I get a ton of invites for my Tankadin for heroics all the way up to TK.

I've sub'd in for people and topped the meters, get in clean saps, never caused a wipe (well, except that one time...), dropped bots, brought extra flasks.... I've done everything I can to be the best raiding rogue I can and STILL cannot find a place for Therion to progress.

So does anyone have suggestions on how to find a progressing, mid-tier raid? Or is it a moot point now that everyone is progressing from BT to SW?

Maybe a better website for recruitment than the O-boards? Or something obvious that I'm stupidly missing?

Any help appreciated. Sorry for the frustrated ranting.

Guild recruitment forum on the oboards, look for a transfer.

There are plenty of servers that still need good raiding rogues.

I hadn't considered a transfer for some reason.

Oh, right, I'm dumb, that's the reason.

Thanks, I'll check it out.

Transfer I know isn't the best option, but if you're serious about hardcore raiding, then it's probably your best bet in getting in with the proper group.

One thing to keep in mind is don't bite at the first guild that is interested. Talk to officers, talk to the rogues in the guild, talk to class leaders. Find out how they do loot, find out how fast they have progressed; be extremely picky in choosing your new home, as you'll have to be there for 3 months.
