Just made a warrior and got him to level 10. Im wondering where I should start
to put points in. I dont really wanna go DW because i have a 70 rogue, so im looking for maybe
a 2H leveling spec.

2h fury is a preferred way to level. Just put points in fury, start with;

10-14 5/5 cruelty
15-19 5/5 unbridled wrath (of the 3 options, it's the best...)
20-22 3/3 blood craze (helps a bit with leveling downtime)
23-24 2/5 commanding presence
25-29 5/5 enrage
30-31 2/2 imp slam

Here use slam in place of heroic strike... Slam is amazing. Get an auto attack swing timer addon (quartz, abar, etc...) and slam immediately after a normal white attack to minimize dps loss.

32... sweeping strikes
33-34 2/2 weapon mastery
35-39 5/5 flurry

At this point you can possibly respec and go arms.

But I find slam better than MS and a weapon spec, because you can pick up any old 2h weapon and use it actively and well. While specs and MS require specific weapons. It's easier on upgrades this way. Both fast and slow 2h weapons work well with slam. While MS works better with slower weapons.

40-44 5/5 deflection
45-47 3/3 imp t.clap
48-49 2/2 imp charge
50... anger management
51-53 deep wounds
54... 1/2 imp overpower
55-56 2/2 impale
57-59 3/5 2h weapon specialization
60-64 5/5 A weapon spec of choice (I preferred axes for leveling)
65... death wish
66-67 5/5 2h weapon specializatoin
68-69 2/2 imp intercept
70... MS

I find that this works great for leveling. But feel free to put some points in other things too.

Just a few things you DO NOT WANT while leveling.

Imp rend.
Imp hamstring.
Booming voice sucks.
imp demo shout sucks for leveling, at most ever put 2 points in while solo.
imp berserker rage

Prot tree.

You do not need to spec prot to effectively tank pre-70. Even post 70 you don't need prot to tank non-heroic 5mans, and you can effectively OT (off tank) with proper gear.

In the end it should look like this. If you want to DPS in raids or PvP you should respec at 70 to something more role specific.

2h fury means to put talents in fury tree especially for imp. slam and geting a slow, hard hitting 2 handed weapon..

well, the OP said he didn't want to DW, so it wasn't really discussed here. however, i've seen a very thorough comparison that concluded that DW fury was actually faster to level with. however, at that point it really comes down to playstyle - do you like 2H slam or DW? make your decision based on that. personally, i hated slam when i tried it, but your experience may vary.
