i do not have the best gear, that is why i am starting pvp so i can replace the craptastic blizzard hates dps squishy gear with some real +spell damage gear that is not burdened with +healing.

PvP doesn't require DPS. PvP requires burst damage. For that, the standard 10/0/51 or 17/0/44(more utility) can't be beat.
