i would say Crusader would be better as you will get healed and increase your Str by 100 while mongoose would just increase you agl by 120 which increases a warriors crit% and dodge% but not AP.

and since im guessing its for PVP more HP + more AP will increase you chance of living longer and killing more ppl

At level 39 for a warrior its

11.36~ agility gives 1% crit, 8.2 crit rating gives 1% crit (14 crit rating is ~1.7% crit), 1 str gives 2 AP.

If you can man, go for the savagery enchant. Other wise, go Mongoose. At 39 I am hoping you are fury because a twink arms at 39 has no mortal strike...

The heal from Crusader is nothing really. I would suggest designating a healer when you first start a bg. As a twink, healers want to heal you because they know you will do well. At 49 my warrior went 55-0 in wsg, all because of an undergeared 46 paladin whom I asked to heal me throughout the bg.

Also, always protect your healer :D
